- The Govt. fees for 1) Individual/Sole Proprietor 2) Startup 3) small Enterprises:- Rs.4500/- per application, Per Class
- The Govt. fees for others e.g. Partnership Firm, LLP, Private Company, Public Company, trust, Society:- Rs.9000/- per application, Per Class
However if your Company, Partnership firm registered having MSME and Startup registration then concession of 50% in Govt fees will be provided to you, therefore Govt fees will be 4500/-per application, Per Class

Validity of Trademark
The trademark registration is valid for the period of 10 years.
Renewal of Trademark
The trademark registration is valid for the period of 10 years.
However we can renew it for the further period of 10 years by filing an application for the renewal of the same before expiry of initial 10 years.
To continue the validity of registered trademark it is required to renew the same in every 10 years.
