CHECKLIST FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION

1. Complete Address of Registered office of proposed Company
2. Email Id which will be reflecting on the site after incorporation and intimation regarding the processing of the forms by the concerned department will also be sent on the same.
3. Business activities to be carried out by the Company on incorporation

4. Whether present residential address same as the permanent residential address of each Director

5. Two Proposed Name for the Company

6. Kindly arrange the following detail of each Director

 LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INCORPORATION OF COMPANY:-

• Identity Proof of each Subscriber and Director
• Voter Identity Card
• Passport
• Driving License

Note:- Identity proof should be self-attested in case of Indian Citizen

• Address Proof of each Subscriber and Director
• Bank Statement
• Electricity Bill
• Telephone bill
• Mobile Bill

Note:- 1. Address proof should be self-attested in case of Indian Citizen

2. Address proof should not be older than 2 months on the date of submission of application for incorporation of Company
3. Proof of registered office in India

       Kindly provide any of the following utility bills as proof of registered office:-

• Telephone Bill
• Gas Bill
• Mobile Bill
• Electricity Bill

If the property is taken on Rent, then a copy of Rent Agreement, NOC from the Owner along with ownership proof is also required)

Note:- Utility bill should not be older than 2 months on the date of submission of application for incorporation of the Company.
